We are 20 minutes’ drive from Sydney and 50 km from Alexander Graham Bell Museum. Fortress of Louisbourg is 50 km away.
Located directly on Sydney Harbour, you can watch the sunrise and the moon come up over the water, and see the Newfoundland ferry boats, cruise ships, fishing boats, and sail boats that pass by. Or, stroll through the neighbourhood lined with mature trees and heritage homes, enjoying the sea air as you make your way to the downtown shops, restaurants, or parks.
Things to Do
Living in Cape Breton my whole life, I know the island inside and out! I’ve spent time discovering all the local spots that are worth seeing, visiting, and going back to - especially some of my favourite beaches, hiking trails and waterfalls. Another thing I really enjoy (and I think you will too!) are scenic coastal drives, in particular the world famous Cabot Trail and fresh seafood along the way!

They helped in making our trip an amazing experience. It is right in front of the water so in the morning we could appreciate the beautiful sunrise while having breakfast. It is close to Cape Breton's attractions, so it was easy to drive there, spend the day in the nature and come back to our room at night for a good sleep.
